Secure Request Token Timeout

Are you encountering this error while navigating through various pages in Content Server, leading to potential loss of work due to forced refreshes? This inconvenience often stems from a timeout of the Secure Request Token. Fear not! You can mitigate this by adjusting the timeout duration.

Here’s how:

1. Navigate to Admin Pages > Security Parameters > Secure Request Token.
2. Increase the Secure Request Token setting to an appropriate length.

Default: 300 seconds (5 minutes)

The Secure Request Token serves as a safeguard against cross-site request forgery. Exercise caution when tweaking its timeout.
