AlitekWatch and OpenText Core Support clients can access our ticketing system here.

End-Users: If you are encountering an issue, please contact your company’s IT help desk or application support group. Your request can be escalated by designated personnel if additional assistance is needed.

If you have logged a request but have not received confirmation and you need to contact us during business hours, you can call (713) 568-7540 ext. 2. Please note that this number is not monitored 24×7.
