Alitek May Employee Spotlight – Michele Meersman

Michele Meersman, People Operations Director at Alitek, has been named our May Employee Spotlight! Michele is being recognized for being an ambassador of our core value of Service. Michele serves as the face of our company to all new and potential employees. She is detail oriented and service minded always ready to take on internal projects and ensure they are completed successfully. Michele organizes many of our key internal initiatives and manages our marketing and social media programs. She ensures the voice of our employees is heard by the leadership team keeping confidentiality top of mind. We thank Michele for all she does for Alitek!
