Trained personnel are the linchpin for having an effective security program. It does not matter what security systems, policies and procedures are in place if personnel are not adequately trained. AliTek Consulting provides all of your on-site and on-line security training needs, most notably training required by MTSA, TWIC and CFATS. We also provide on-site bomb search and vehicle/rail car screening courses, and we will tailor a training program to meet the policies and procedures that our clients currently have in place.
AliTek Consulting offers both online and and on-site courses. Online courses or “e-Training” are self-paced courses which can be taken at any time, and you can decide whether to complete all or part of a course. On-site courses are instructor-led courses that are offered over a specific period during scheduled times. These courses may require the purchase of a textbook, contain assigned readings and exercises that must be completed to receive credit for the course. On-site courses feature lots of interaction with the instructor and other students in a real time discussion environment.
